June 4, 2012: Critical Mass is back with two revamped websites and a new CD!
Critical Mass is back with a new compilation CD entitled "15 (1997-2012)". There are three new songs as well as remastered version of their most popular tunes over the past 15 years. To commemorate this event, they have redone their band website and it is available at www.CriticalMassMusic.org as well as a total reworking of their website www.CatholicRock.com into a resource for those who want to learn more about their Catholic faith. "We wanted to help revitalize the Church and this seemed to be the most interesting way to do this," relates lead singer and founder, David Wang. The site includes music videos and links to a rich set of teaching materials on the Internet. This marks a change in focus for the band, who are two time Canadian Gospel Music Association Award winners for Best Rock Album and three time Unity Award Winners from the United Catholic Music and Video Association.
